The agricultural company of production and food processing was founded by the chemical expert Vito Nitti back in 1984.
AGRINITTI, agricultural company produces and preserves vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, using raw materials carefully selected and tested at the origin, even from a microbiological point of view, with no added preservatives or dyes.
In particular, the freshly picked products are immediately processed in order to give them the opportunity to make the most of the organoleptic and sensorial characteristics.
Vegetables in oil, mushrooms, ready sauces, pickles, jams, creams and seasonings enhance the range of products.
Everything is made with the HACCP system in the implementation of the EEC Regulation 852/2004 and Legislative Decree No. 193/2007 and in accordance with EEC Regulation 178/02 on the mandatory traceability of food.
Here is the new sweet and sour Giardiniera just produced. All vegetables of Apulian origin, cut by hand, cooked separately and then put into jars with care and precision… a delight for the eyes and the palate!
Alongside an excellent chili pepper compote suitable for accompanying cured meats, cheeses and grilled meats or providing an extra touch to first courses.
