For generations our family has been cultivating, collecting and processing truffles from the most pristine woods of the Sangro river valley. We believe in the philosophy of 0 km, of environmental sustainability and in the possibility of making the best of nature and Italy known to the whole world. All our products are safe due to the hightemperature sterilization we have developed: we improve the durability of ready-made products and eliminate microorganisms that are potentially harmful to health, without altering the taste, color, textureand properties of the truffle. We have always made truffle-based products without preservatives, guaranteeing the final consumer the authentic taste of the best truffles. Our sauces, dressings and other delights are capable of transforming a simple meal into a divine feast.
Our Fresh Truffles Are Selected And Shipped Within 24 Hours of Collection. We Use Food-Safe Containers With Ice Gel inside To Keep The Journey Fresh. Delivery takes place in 24/48 hours worldwide. Our Simona D’abruzzo, Owner Of The La Spora Truffles, Is the winner of A very Important award: the one relating to the food sector of the event called phenomena. An exhibition hall dedicated to female entrepreneurs from southern Italy, who with their activities promote the excellence – culinary, but not only – of the south of our peninsula. It is with great pride and emotion that our Simona D’Abruzzo received the food award of the first edition Of Phenomena.
