Caffè Martella, a well-known coffee roastery in Rome, has been creating delicious high quality coffee for over 80 years. It was founded by Azeglio Martella Senior and is now run by the third generation of the Martella family.

Our unique “Roman roasting” method combines the best of northern and southern Italian coffee traditions. In 2008, our Martella Maximum Blend was named the best imported coffee in Germany by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE). This recognition strengthened our commitment to making high-quality coffee using traditional methods.

What makes us special is how we roast our coffee by hand, which is very different from industrial coffee factories. This hands-made way gives our coffee a unique flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. 

Caffè Martella offers a variety of coffee blends, each with its own special flavor. We also have Bio Caffè, made from organic coffee beans grown under strict biological conditions, and coffee pods for quick and easy brewing in most machines. If you prefer decaffeinated coffee, our Decaffeinato blend preserves the rich aroma and taste using Swiss process.
