The history of Cascina Teologa begins in 1996, when Silvia and Stefano Salussolia founded the company together with Paolo Vailati.
In the following years, the company has developed by expanding its laboratory and obtaining the “CE” recognition.
Currently, Cascina Teologa snc is on the market as a producer of sausages typical of the area to which it belongs, basing the production on the concepts of quality and tradition.

The products born on the farm are also the result of the growing attention to animal welfare and its natural diet.
The meat obtained from butcherings, coming from heavy Italian pigs, must be mature and meet the requirements of a high organoleptic quality, obviously together with compliance with hygiene and health standards. This is how our products originate.
