Lattai Ponticorvo comes from the experience of three generations of master cheesemakers.

Nonno Antonino, born in Piano di Sorrento, opened his first dairy in 1968 in Alvignano, in Campania.

Today, in our new factory inaugurated in 2016, we produce high quality products every day with 100% Italian milk, scrupulously following the specifications that guarantee the quality of our products: Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, fiordilatte, julienne, provola, burrata, scamorze and provolone.

Over time, our business has increasingly oriented towards exports, allowing us to develop skills capable of supplying our most distant customers with products of the highest quality and freshness, thanks also to the development of a time-tested and constantly evolving frozen supply chain .
