The company Tre Sorelle was founded in 1963 when Nino D’Amico opened the first bakery in Messina. Today, under the leadership of Carmelo Patti, his wife, and children, it boasts two locations in the city center. Carmelo Patti has dedicated the last ten years to research, managing to combine the love he has always had for the baking world with innovation, creating what we believe to be one of the best panettone doughs the Italian market can offer.
